ICTWISE started in 2014 by Frank Abdoelhafiezkhan to work as freelancer in the Netherlands. I did some projects at different companies in different roles.  

End 2020 i decided with a few friends to start training people in Azure.  The reason for this is that we want students to have the best experience in getting trained in Azure. We want to distinguish ourselves from other training companies.  I have followed a lot of trainings in the Netherlands at the biggest training instutions and what i have experienced and try to do better is the following:

• Most of the trainers does not have many pratical experience so they cannot answer real life answers.  We provide trainers with practical experience and besides doing training are also working on projects
•  We provide training during weekdays, evening and also provide weekend batches, what benifits freelancers as they do not loose income during the weekdays. 
• We provide assesments. 
• We also provide one-to-one training
• We provide corporate training
• Training institutions can hire our trainers.
• Creating a whatsapp group for the class so students can help eachother out.  (only with persmission)

We see that there is no attention for good materials and that people are only focused on obtaining certificates but not absorbing knowledge. We use official microsoft courceware where others have only video recordings or they wrote their own study material.  That means that students will have their e-book in skillpipe. You will also receive a voucher for azurepass so you can do your labs. Besides the normal labs, we also provide students with assessments to test what has been learned. This is based on practice. 

So what we have missed in a training with other companies we try to do better and to give the student the best experience with trainers with practical knowledge. 

ICTWISE is a dutch company but all training will be in englisch, while we are an international company focusing on studens all over the world.
